You will be responsible for delivering screen printing on glass, and occasionally other process such as spray coating or pad printing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in printing highly aesthetic products to tight cosmetic tolerances, preferably with inks and screen printing experience.
- Strong understanding of color theory and color space (CIELAB, CIELCh), and instrumentation for color and gloss measurement required.
- Ability to visually assess color match required.
- Travel 5-25% as needed.
- Minimum B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Printing Technology, Chemistry, Materials, or related discipline.
- Familiar with data analysis tools such as JMP and Minitab.
- Experience color matching with superior color visual acuity.
- Knowledge of GD&T and ability to align registration across multiple process steps.
- CAD, basic machine shop, and 3D print skills to make fixtures, trays, and process tools.
