Job Summary

In this role, you will be accountable to:


• Successfully evangelize corporate strategic Partner initiatives, programs, and launches leading to successful execution and adoption
• Demonstrate improved field and Partner knowledge and adoption of programs, incentives, and initiatives
• Proactively and consistently engage the field to develop an invested Partner ecosystem
• Maintaining positive field and partner satisfaction through programs and communications

• Prior experience with partner programs is highly desirable
• Prior experience with partner sales or partner development is highly desirable
• A working knowledge of hybrid cloud or cloud data storage infrastructure is desirable

Job Requirements

• Develop and implement execution plans to support field adoption of corporate strategic initiatives relating to Partners

• Reinforce accountability with Geo and Field leadership to execute on Partner Programs

• Act as the voice of the Partner and field to guide program and initiative strategy and development

• Support the launch of new Partner programs, products, and services

• Develop business plans balancing Area and Worldwide Partner Organization priorities, including “get well” or mitigation plans

• Create enthusiasm through active engagement with stakeholders and field teams

• Provide proactive Partner performance insights and escalation management and resolution

• Become the subject matter expert for the Areas on Partner Sphere, Distribution, Capability, and Incentives programs

• Educate and evangelize partner capabilities to field teams to promote co-sell activities

• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans

• Proven ability to guide execution in the field, including measuring results and implementing course corrections as required

• Validated ability to effectively communicate and influence cross-functionally and at all levels internally and externally

• Proven understanding of the industry ecosystem to include partner business models, competitive landscape, and industry trends

• Established executive level presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience level

• Effective relationship building to influence stakeholders and cross-functional audiences to align to Partner goals and objectives

• Prior experience with partner programs is highly desirable

• Prior experience with partner sales or partner development is highly desirable

• A working knowledge of hybrid cloud or cloud data storage infrastructure is desirable

• A minimum of 10 years of experience is required
• A University degree or equivalent work experience is required


The base salary range for this position is $177,210.00 - $216,590.00 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
