You act as an escalation point for junior technicians. You understand all aspects of the equipment you support.This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.

- Associate’s degree or higher in IT-related field, applicable certifications, and equivalent professional or military experience, plus two years of progressively responsible experience
- 2+ year of Computer Hardware experience and experience with technical troubleshooting and remediation.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

- Networking experience with CCNA and/or Network+ certifications.
- Experience with CISCO, Juniper and other commodity networking devices.
- Experience working in a Data Center environment: racking & stacking equipment, cable management.
