As a key member of our team, you’ll have a chance to engage in challenging and engaging water projects – leading all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. You will assist with business development, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts to grow our business. You will also establish and maintain strong client relationships by communicating with clients on technical design topics and project schedule/budget/scope to develop long term strategy for continued market success. You will be responsible for leading project teams and communicating between diverse design disciplines for the delivery of designs and related studies. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Project Manager and/or Program Manager- planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. Here's What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering projects right here in Alaska as well as across the northwest, including all aspects of water treatment, wastewater treatment, and planning.

• Providing leadership and coordination to multi-discipline delivery teams.

• Managing and/or leading projects in accordance with the contract requirements and Jacobs’ business processes, driving profitability and building new business opportunities.

• Supporting the development of strategies and tactics related to key client programs, projects and overall portfolios.

• Collaborating with cross business market teams to build delivery teams and complete projects and programs.

• Working with business development and sales staff in their efforts to position for new opportunities and/or the preparation of proposals.

• Mentoring and developing staff located within the Anchorage office and beyond.

• Leading and supporting the public consultation process, representing projects with the community.
