• 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• ORBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• ORMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR equivalent experience.

• Structured facilitator:Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issue,riskand constraint

• breadth:Intermediate level experience across the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions– Azure infrastructure, Azure Developer, Azure data, artificial intelligence, business applications, modern workplace and productivity, security, business applications.Demonstrated experience of solution architectures which span multiple

• Design Thinking:Proven experience of delivering designthinking; ‘ideation’;or similar context analysis / problem framing.

• Technical depth:Experience as a solutions architect or equivalentin the area ofMicrosoft’s modern workplace toolset.Theexpertiseand ability to explain key end-user solutions and technical architectures aligned to a customer maturity framework/path in Office 365, Windows, and deployment tools such as Identity with Azure Active Directory Premium, Intune (MDM and MAM) and Modern Deployment technologies.Looking holisticallyendtoend tothe resources ready for deployment & adoption (usage)assistancefor smooth customer experience. • An expert in modern workplace:Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value on top of the Microsoft 365 platform, including with M365 Copilot as an achor for transformative conversations. Synthesize business and technical architecture requirements. Serve as the as the go-to technical expert in the Microsoft 365 space for the regional sales teams.
