Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for builders and security partners, providing expert guidance and support in resolving issues related to our security tools.- Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate processes, create tools, and enhance existing security solutions.- Support and enhance a suite of internally developed analysis tools, including writing and modifying scripts to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Leverage SQL for data collection, preparation, and analysis to support security initiatives and inform decision-making processes.- Drive efficiencies at scale through thoughtful but deliberate automation that raises the security bar and eliminates vulnerability classes.
- Provide innovative solutions to maintain pace with emerging technologies.

- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
