- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

- 5+ years of design, development, and implementation experience in applications and infrastructure in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry
- Designed, built, or deployed Clinical solutions or worked extensively with industry solutions in this space
- Experience with architectural design, development, and deployment of industry solutions in the Life Sciences value chain, preferably with the clinical workflows
- Understanding of considerations when building cloud-based software solutions in a Life Sciences context, such as handling of sensitive data, process observability, audit readiness, etc.
- Experience developing technical solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
