Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide Supplier Quality Engineering leadership and vision to enable the organization’s short and long-term objectives

• Ensure that the supplier partners related risks (quality; delivery; cost) are controlled and mitigated

• Deploy and follow up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the suppliers and SQE’s

• Ensure the annual definition of the quality improvement plan (QIP) for strategic/preferred BOM suppliers based on business needs, ensures timely implementation

• Take a business approach to scheduling and managing resources, future needs of the business, as well as functional and organizational policies and precedents

• Apply change management knowledge ensuring SQE set up a new style for assigned business

• Develop and implement the job and organization structure and functional processes/procedures necessary to successfully deliver the work of the unit

You're the right fit if

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Engineering Science)

• Quality, Procurement, manufacturing, design engineering, BPO, or Supply Chain Management professional with a 5-7 years proven track record

• Successfully integrated across multiple product lines and business

• Foster excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives

• Experience in establishing short to medium-term (<3 years) operational decisions

• Analyzed unusual and non-recurring related supply problems requiring diagnosis, testing, and judgement of which approach or procedure is most appropriate

• Preferred healthcare background
