Capability and Value Stream Lead IGTS

Join Philips as a Capability and Value Stream Lead Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS), where you will enable IGTS strategy by improving and creating company capability. You will orchestrate activities across multiple stakeholders and play a pivotal role in identification and closing of capability gaps, and contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.
Your role:

• You will have a significant impact by identifying and closing capability gaps (Process, Data, Tool, People) through business model impact assessments, customer journey mapping, and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, functional owners, and IT/platform owners to establish strategic plans and optimize capabilities.
• You will be part of the IGTS Systems Business Process and Systems Excellence organization reporting to the Capability and Value Stream Leader. You maintain a network of functional subject matter experts and process owners driving projects and a funnel of improvements and levering the network for change and adoption of capability improvements.
• Offers growth personally and professionally as you lead transformational programs in the domain of end-to-end company capability, ensuring alignment with the IGTS Innovation roadmap and are the ambassador of the global capabilities in the markets and/or businesses.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a MSc in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, combined with 15+ years of experience and proven LEAN leadership skills.
• You possess a track record of implementing improved and new capabilities through impactful transformational end-to-end programs and an understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries like medical devices.
• You have the ability to lead through influence across multiple functions and locations, bringing an outside-in perspective and customer-first mindset.
• You are fluent in English, and preferably Dutch, with experience in transforming or operationalizing propositions/value streams in lifecycle services, professional services, maintenance services, or software/data/AI.
