As a Senior ProductionPlanner here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chainnetwork to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate thefull adoption across your network. You will report directly to our SeniorMaterial Management Manager, and you will work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih.location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you willensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedulesoptimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals forcost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthlyProduction Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure finishedgoods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans, in orderto achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remainswithin the business goals. • Develop Constrained MPS - Master ProductionSchedule for the site/network and create and review the site Rough Cut CapacityPlans for various production units, identifying and addressing capacityconstraints.
• Collaborate with supply and materials planningleaders to execute Production plans.
• Participate in monthly SIOP Supply Reviewmeetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, anddiscuss mitigation plans with Functional and business leadership.
• Translate objectives into actionablestrategies to achieve business goals and gain a competitive edge in the productportfolio.
• Build a world-class team, implement Lean SixSigma techniques, and drive continuous improvement to excel in all KeyPerformance Initiatives (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Supply and materialplanners to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availabilityissues, and support Inventory/Materials Planner in maintaining accurateplanning parameters and material master data.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ years of experience in inventory management, productionscheduling process and or planning within a electronical manufacturingenvironment and SMT.
• Strong analytical, follow up and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Smt previous experience is a must

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Materials Management,Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, andManufacturing on electronics field.
• Expertise in material control systems suchas MRP/SAP systems
• APICS or CPIM Certification
• Strong project management and problem-solvingskills
• Ability to influence and collaborate withall levels of the organization
• Expertise in leading/driving change andmentor for new leaders or peers
• Expertise across professional disciplineswithin the material management function.
