As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, youwill be responsible for managing and optimizing the production schedule toensure timely delivery of products. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to understand customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventorylevels. Your primary objective will be to create an efficient and effectiveproduction schedule that maximizes resource utilization and minimizes costs.You will report directly to our Material Management Manager, and you'll workout of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. location on an onsite work schedule.
• Create and maintainthe production schedule based on customer demand, capacity constraints, andinventory levels.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans andcustomer requirements.
• Monitor andanalyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement andimplement corrective actions.
• Coordinatewith procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materialsand components.
• Communicateproduction schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in production planning meetingsto provide input and insights on scheduling feasibility and constraints

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years ofexperience in production scheduling and electronic field.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiencyin production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.

Previous Experience with smt process is a must • Bachelor'sdegree in or a related field.
• Experiencein a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge oflean manufacturing principles.
• APICScertification.
