What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, monitor, and support technical solutions utilizing full-stack development tools and technologies.
  • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies and participating in internal and external technology communities, while mentoring other members of the engineering community.
  • Collaborate with digital product owners to identify, refine and deliver robust cloud-native solutions that drive powerful internal tooling geared to left-shift engineering team efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Work within a team of passionately experienced engineers to define and enable boundary-stretching innovative solutions through automation.
  • Work within a cloud-native ecosystem, building on AWS and leveraging technologies like containerization and serverless.
  • Utilize a broad programming language and technology foundation to rapidly deliver in a you build, you own ecosystem focused on driving internal engineering team effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in more than one of the following: Java, Python, Go, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular/React.js, or Node.js
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
  • 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks
  • 1+ years of experience in Agile practices
  • 2+ years of experience with CI/CD Open Source tools (i.e: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab)
  • 1+ years of experience in container technologies (i.e: Docker, Kubernetes)
  • 1+ years of experience with infrastructure as code (i.e: Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
  • 1+ years of experience with Linux
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $165,100 - $188,500 for Senior Software EngineerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
