The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • Be a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Work with and support multiple stakeholders, often independently
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, judgment, and initiative
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities and prioritize critical tasks, as well as understand the organizational structure and objectives of the team
  • Expertise in Intel/Altera online tools
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Results-driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the finance organization and cycles a plus

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years related administrative experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in booking domestic/international travel along with visa/passport needs.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding and experience with Workday.
