Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, lead the bidding process and coordinate end to end from qualification until submission;
• Support the work of the technical proposal (writing) teams; When needed, analyse the tender terms of reference to create proposal outlines and bid plan;
• Set internal deadlines and follow up on progress in a proactive manner;
• Act as EU procurement specialist in terms of the formal requirements, quality and compliance expectations of the EU Institutions regarding calls for tender;
• Liaise with the technical proposal team, give guidance and interpretation of the tender requirements and perform final reviews;
• When needed, research and gather information to include corporate information, service information and other standard proposal material;
• Guide or carry out the preparation of the selection criteria related to technical and professional capacity (collection and qualification of relevant project references and CVs);
• Consolidate the required administrative and legal documents for the tender and other general administrative tasks (facilitate contract follow-up, draft presentations, editing, layout);
• Support the identification and mobilization of internal and external experts;
• Communicate, as needed, with the client regarding requests for clarification or contractual aspects and with external consortium partners for the preparation of the proposal;
• Ensure compliance with internal EY procedures and standards and with requirements set by the client in the Term of Reference; liaise with legal department for the drafting of legal agreements;

Your Profile

You (have/are) :

• Economic, business, law, communication, EU/political studies or government-oriented University degree;
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience related to the coordination/preparation of EU tenders;
• Ability to work across the organization with proactiveness, sense of ownership, effective communication and project management skills;
• Strong attention to detail, capable to navigate with ease through multiple tasks and able to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment;
• Team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization;
• Willing to learn, self-driven and open to work in a multicultural team with a good degree of autonomy;
• Fluent in English (fluency in French and/or other European official languages will be a strong asset);
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package;
