Tender & Quotations Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch tender and quotes responses to the Account Manager in line with the customer requirements in time to meet the deadline and are recorded electronically in CRM tool.
- Circulate tenders and quotes to relevant stakeholders and manage the responses in order to meet submission deadlines.
- Prepare order package for booking into Philips ERP system
- Assist Q&T Manager in keeping up to date with tender notices and response documents folders.
- Provide support dealing with tender and quotes queries to stakeholders.
- As part of the national Quotes & Tenders team you will work on a daily basis with the ANZ Sales team to support them in their endeavors to meet the needs for our Customers.
- Provide support within Q&T team to ensure company objectives are achieved
You’re the right fit if:
- Ideally you will have 3 years’ experience in administrative skills gained from a tender Role, customer service support , or sales support, bid support or administration role.
- You will have well-honed written and communication skills, with good attention to detail, accuracy and an eye for inconsistency.
- You will have a methodical and process orientated approach, be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders and ability to prioritise.
- To be successful in this role, you will also have a proactive attitude, be able to work both independently and within a team.
