Responsibilities
[Distributor Management]
- Ensures distributor contracts are accurately drafted, renewed, and terminated in strict accordance with relevantpolicies.
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with distributors, emphasizing communication in finance, operations, and compliance as per company guidelines.
- Utilizes data analytics to evaluate distributor performance, conducts monthly KPI analyses, and generates comprehensive reports for feedback and improvement.
- Works closely with sales andfunctionteams to develop and implement effective business solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develops and executes long-term strategies to enhance distributor engagement and performance, aligning with overall company goals.
- Analyzes market trends and distributor performance to support the creation of innovative business models aligned with corporate strategies and commercial team requirements.
- Designs and implements innovative solutions to improve business management processes for distributors and sales agents.
- Maintains regular communication with distributors, organizing necessary training and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
[Price Management]
- Develops and implements pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with overall financial goals.
- Represents BSC Koreain price-related matters with billing agencies and hospitals.
- Supports and negotiates pricing with billing agencies and hospitals, ensuring timely submission of reimbursement prices and quotations when changes occur.
- Conducts market analysis to maintain profitability while staying competitive.
- Monitors, evaluates, and verifies contract conditions with billing agencies and hospitals.
- Manages and resolves pricing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Conducts and updates the electronic approval process for billing agencies based on company-approved criteria.
- Trains and supports the sales team on pricing tools and systems.
- Regularly reviews and reports on the impact of pricing decisions on sales and profitability.
Basic Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience insales or channel managementin the healthcare market
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills tomanageand resolveobjectionsproficientlyrelated to pricing and distributor issues.
- Ability to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and create innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance departments.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
Preferable Requirements
- xperience in both sales/channel management and price management preferred.
- Multinational company experience would be desirable.
- Pricing tools and distributor managementrelated training experience.
