Responsibilities
- Handle operational ticket requests including user access, bug fixes, data issues, new features and enhancements, and general problem solving on Salesforce platform apps or third party applications that we support.
- Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce platform solutions
- Manage Salesforce Org operational tasks such as environment refreshes, data quality and access reviews
- Partner with our internal LCA teams, IT and/or other functions on issue resolution and closure
- Create, update and maintain operational procedure documentation
- Analyze and document business processes
- Develop data insights (reports and dashboards) to drive operational metrics and functional solutions
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience and associated certifications (required)
- Experience in business analysis and process design (preferred)
- Experience in data analysis, including experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Tableau experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures, data flows, and principles of data confidentiality
- Experience in user, data and environment security, specifically on the Salesforce platform
- Organized, self-starter, results oriented, curious to innovate and problem solve
- Customer-service oriented with courtesy, respect and trust
- Strong communication skills including listening and ability to convey message
- 1-3 years of total work experience in related areas
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
