Responsibilities

• Handle operational ticket requests including user access, bug fixes, data issues, new features and enhancements, and general problem solving on Salesforce platform apps or third party applications that we support.
• Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce platform solutions
• Manage Salesforce Org operational tasks such as environment refreshes, data quality and access reviews
• Partner with our internal LCA teams, IT and/or other functions on issue resolution and closure
• Create, update and maintain operational procedure documentation
• Analyze and document business processes
• Develop data insights (reports and dashboards) to drive operational metrics and functional solutions

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience and associated certifications (required)
• Experience in business analysis and process design (preferred)
• Experience in data analysis, including experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Tableau experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of data structures, data flows, and principles of data confidentiality
• Experience in user, data and environment security, specifically on the Salesforce platform
• Organized, self-starter, results oriented, curious to innovate and problem solve
• Customer-service oriented with courtesy, respect and trust
• Strong communication skills including listening and ability to convey message
• 1-3 years of total work experience in related areas
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
