Job Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for front office and support functions, helping coordinate multiple team towards achievement of common business objectives
- Assist in the production of presentations, business review, analysis and other supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management
- Support business through budgeting, forecasting and expense management exercises
- Participate in ad-hoc special projects and requests
- Assist on the governance of key business initiatives with indicators monitoring and updates
- Conduct analyses on key issues impacting internal data flows to determine root cause and propose solutions
- Build effective relationships and work closely with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Payments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a business management or similar role
- 2-3 years of professional experience within Financial Services
- Understanding of Payments preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint – preferably advanced level
- Solid analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable in presenting to senior audiences, while managing multiple competing priorities and deliverables
- Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Alteryx and Tableau experience is a plus;
- Spanish is a plus.
