Your key responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Management
  • Invoicing, preparing various reports
  • Keeping track of department planning, providing support to team in all aspects of team organization
  • Billings: Assists engagement team with client billings by liaising with the financial management group, tracking expenses, drafting and finalizing invoices, time transfers
  • Time and Calendar Management
  • Updating various databases

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Skillful attention to details and self-assurance of quality of work performed
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn standard firm software and other relevant applicants and technical/office equipment
