Required Qualification:

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus two (2) years of experience in job offered or closely related engineering roles. Must have: Two (2) years of experience with the following: Java; secure protocols such as TLS or IKE; OpenSSL; internet protocols such as TCP/IP or HTTP; multi-threaded server
applications; and scripting languages such as Python and Perl.

Alternately, employer will accept Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus five (5) years of experience in job offered or closely related engineering roles. Must have: Two (2) years of experience with the following: Java; secure protocols such as TLS or IKE; OpenSSL; internet protocols such as TCP/IP or HTTP; multi-threaded server applications; and scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
