What You Will Do:
Manage the Partner Ecosystem : Recruit, develop, and manage long-term relationships with cloud and service provider partners in your region, serving as their primary liaison and trusted advisor to maintain a healthy, well-functioning partner landscape.
Drive Growth & Protect Channel Integrity : Drive incremental business growth through these partners by identifying new joint sales opportunities and repeatable solutions while protecting channel integrity and avoiding channel conflict.
Ensure Partner Compliance & Enablement : Ensure partners fulfill all program and contractual requirements (e.g., regular business reporting and maintaining required certifications), and coordinate training and technical enablement initiatives to build partner capabilities.
Joint Planning & Business Reviews : Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, set clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular business reviews (e.g., quarterly) with partner and Red Hat stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and track progress.
Go-to-Market Collaboration : Collaborate with partners to build and promote joint go-to-market initiatives and cloud services based on Red Hat technologies, creating repeatable offerings that address customer needs and new market opportunities.
Pipeline Development & Co-Selling : Work closely with partners and Red Hat sales teams to generate partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell opportunities, facilitating lead sharing, deal coordination, and support to close partner-led sales.
Forecasting & Reporting : Manage and monitor partner-driven opportunities and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting of partner pipeline and performance to internal stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
Experience : 5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development in the IT industry, with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
Industry Network : Strong network in the IT partner ecosystem within the region.
Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of local market dynamics and relevant regulations affecting the IT and cloud industry.
Cloud Expertise : Solid understanding of cloud computing business models and dynamics, particularly the cloud service provider ecosystem.
Communication & Influence : Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior partner executives and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
Mindset : Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
