Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., B2C marketing, growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the AI space and using one or more leading AI platforms.
Experience managing complex programs with tight timelines and competing priorities.
Experience working on local marketing activities, managing agency partners, executing local tactics and working collaboratively across highly matrixed teams in a global organization.
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with a range of partners (media, local, regional, global) and influence at multiple levels.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and direct the projects in an unstructured environment.
