Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Represent Finance business users within the Agile ERP team, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into well-defined business user stories and clear
- “Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC Business Process Leads (BPLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),
- Communities of Practice, and IT Solution Architects/COEs to drive best practices across Finance processes and applications.
- Partner with the Training team and Site Super Users/BPLs/SMEs to develop and implement training plans that enhance application knowledge across the Finance organization.
- Support change management initiatives by helping finance users adapt to new processes and technologies during ERP deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and learning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of specialized professional experience in analytical or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience in product costing and inventory accounting.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and other core financial applications.
- Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to execution.
- Proven adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to transfer pricing and global finance operations.
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean rituals.
