- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management, leading strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience in a growing, and often ambiguous environment, and in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take business tests or solutions and structure them in a simple and meaningful way for a goal audience.
- Knowledge of the Video industry, a direction for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies for Retailers across Brand and Performance Video.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
