KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Senior Advanced Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the development, manufacturing, engineering, support and operations processes.
• You will ensure compliance with customer requirements, all applicable law and regulations, and engineering specifications while supporting the Quality System.
• Provide technical guidance and support to all customers.
• Accountable for improving and maintaining compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100.
• Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Perform cost improvement analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management system standards.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct quality engineering
• U.S. citizenship is required WE VALUE
• Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• MBA or post graduate degree preferred.
• Able to focus priorities to best impact quality metrics.
• Experience in collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience with Quality Management systems i.e. ISO 9001/13485, AS9100.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
