As a trusted advisor to sales leadership, you will lead strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational execution to accelerate business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Marketing, Employee Success, and Operations—to drive insights, optimize processes, and implement key go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and implement all aspects of the annual sales strategy planning cycle, including account segmentation, resource allocation, territory planning, quota setting, and compensation strategy.
- Define & Optimize Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), build reports and dashboards, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that improve sales efficiency.
- Accelerate Consumption-Based Selling: Shape and define the future of consumption-based sales models for Agentforce and Data Cloud, working closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and execution.
- Drive Forecast Excellence: Lead forecast management processes to ensure sustained, predictable growth, including coordinating weekly forecast calls and tracking pipeline performance.
- Support Executive Strategy Reviews: Develop executive-level presentations for leadership, organize quarterly business reviews, and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key teams to improve operational processes, troubleshoot business challenges, and drive scalable solutions.
- Conduct Advanced Analytics: Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on customer segmentation, sales trends, whitespace opportunities, and other critical business drivers.
Qualifications- 5 –7+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, or consulting, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategy and sales operations frameworks.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in establishing and scaling consumption-based selling models and driving customer adoption with our customers
- Strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in GTM planning, territory management, and forecasting within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, or Tableau (a plus).
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
