As a Sales Working Student in the Frankfurt Funds Sales team, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Frankfurt.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists the Sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
- Sources and prepares responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
- Assists the Sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensures that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
- Creates fund competitor analyses using data bases such as Morningstar or Bloomberg
- Performs research projects on various market and client topics
- Processes and reconciles expenses
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Fluency in German and in English
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar, either Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree
