Develop and execute the GTM strategy in close cooperation with the regional BTP/ BDC and German Industry Sector Teams, as well as Marketing and Demand Generation Teams through innovation, market insight, thought leadership and competitive insights across all segments and channels to deliver on monthly / quarterly / annual growth objectives.
Extensive knowledge of the German cloud market and personal network to develop and execute an effective long-term sales strategy and plan in the market.
Close collaboration & sales planning with the German Sector heads and leadership team to drive BTP / BDC awareness, engagements, and customer lifetime value.
Utilize a disciplined approach for successful solution selling (Value Centric Sales Approach)
Establishing and maintaining accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures
Ensure the overall quarterly performance of the entire team with respect to the goals / KPIs and revenue targets
Define and establish a trustful and long-term relationship to the entire partner Ecosystem
Forster a learning culture, focused on high-performance, agility, creativity within the BTP / BDC Sales Team.
Recruit, develop, train and motivate a group of high achieving A-players, based on SAP growth culture
Build a network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Several years experience leading a successful customer-facing VAT, team or organisations.
Full working proficiency in German and Business English
Demonstrated understanding of the broad SAP BTP / BDC solution portfolio and its positioning.
Demonstrated experience and expertise providing executive level sponsorship & relationships at senior levels in customer accounts.
Experience in driving results within a complex matrix organisation.
Demonstrated experience in program management and/or client management.
Demonstrated strong business and commercial acumen and experience.
Demonstrated experience or knowledge in achieving forecast accuracy, pipeline progression and ways how to scale the sales team by way of integration into the German Sectors
Demonstrated understanding how to build pipeline for following quarters and how to ensure leading conversion rates within the current quarter.
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate current Customer operations in comparison to SAP strategic objectives.
Proven ability to identify specific Customer value-added opportunities and progress them to successful customer outcomes.
Exposure to multicultural scenarios / international work experience.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate and solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks across functions.
Excellent listening, written and oral communication & relationship skills.
