Description
- Support projects involving traffic capacity planning factoring in growth in AI/ML workloads and optimization roadmaps.- Drive comprehensive and real-time analytics and reporting on key operational measurements for capacity use. Lead cross-functional discussions to surface actionable trade-offs on cost, quality, performance, capacity, and reliability. Use that data to drive good priority and resourcing decisions.- Build relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product and/or Program management, or Business Analysis, or a related role with experience covering.
- Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructure and large scale systems. Bonus points for past roles with Engineering partnering and support experience.
- Career examples of hands-on involvement in delivering robust operational plans and budgets.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (realtime) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization. High operational precision and attention to detail.
- Innate drive to improve how things work, with proven track record of driving dramatic improvements for team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
