Description
As a member of the Audio HAL team, you will be on the front lines solving problems, helping build out new features and capabilities, and supporting the developer-facing APIs for both applications and drivers. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a knack for solving problems creatively. The fast-paced nature of the job requires that you be able to work well under pressure. We are seeking someone who is passionate about improving the quality of the audio experience for our customers and our developers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented methodologies, multi-threaded programming and operating systems concepts
  • Excellent software design/programming skills in C++, Objective C and Swift
  • Experience with digital audio
  • Strong debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS in CS or EE, Equivalent industry experience.
  • Past Experience with Hardware Bringup
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
