• Business / Operation reports execution.
• Process improvement and documentation based on data analysis.
• Participating in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new platforms launched by business.
• Technical support, training and /or coaching CSR’s with system or process related issues.
• Acting as main POC on assigned projects and assignments; and providing work direction to the developers and other project stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

• From Higshchool to Bachelor degree finance.
• Experience with customer support area, processing orders, invoicing or related.
• Advanced proficient English skills.
• An ability to be analytic
• Problem resolution
• Continuous improvement
• Experience in costumer service
• Management and knowledge of ERP systems
