Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SAP Concur products within the SMB segment to ensure product success and a good customer experience
  • Product/Solution Expertise: Builddeep product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert when working with other teamsand create a differentiated value proposition and messaging, tailored to the target audience.
  • Advocate for the customer:Gather customer feedback and sentiment from various internal and external listening channels.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in marketing business planning based on corporate priorities, product/solution value proposition, audience needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Program Planning: Contribute to integrated marketing program planning by providing an audience point of view via positioning, messaging, and respective solution/industry expertise.
  • Core Content Development:Partner with Solutions Marketing and Content teams to ensure sales and marketing assets reflect the SMB positioning and messaging strategies
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Enablement team to introduce new or updated products and initiative launches with the Distribution teams
  • Market Knowledge: Identify market opportunity by product and execute strategies to capture white space. Understand market developments and competitive threats to inform product enhancement requirements and create competitive positioning and talk tracks.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related area)
  • Minimum 1-5 years of related experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working on product or go-to-market strategies for SMB markets
  • Have abackground in project management, demonstrating the ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
