What You'll Do

In this role, you will be the face of the company, directly engaging with our customers and providing exceptional support for any inquiries they raise via instant messaging.

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 Years of technical hands-on experience with IT infrastructure/SaaS application
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Must have great interpersonal skills, patience, an autodidact with a passion for problem-solving
• Strong technical orientation and understanding of various technological concepts
• Affinity for technical writing and innovation
• BS.c graduate in Computer science/Industrial engineering and management or any other related field - Advantage
• Blockchain knowledge or certifications- Advantage
• Working days are Sun-Thu / Mon-Fri
