- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, or business building, in the health and fitness or healthcare space.
- Experience managing partnership engagements with partners, including structuring and negotiating the business, technology and legal issues.
- Experience leading product partnerships with cross-functional team members in a fluid environment.
- Experience in health tech, fitness, wellness or AI space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of business development or business building experience space.
- Experience leading complex partnership engagements, demonstrating a proven ability to analyze economic models, build compelling business cases, and negotiate intricate business, technology, and legal terms.
- Experience working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fluid environment.
- Experience with complex communication, translating intricate technical, contractual, and financial details into clear, impactful presentations and analyses.
