As a Business Development Manager (XDR), you will:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Fortinet’s XDR solutions in Japan.
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with enterprise customers, security teams, and MSSPs.
- Collaborate with sales, SEs, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), competitive analysis, and technical enablement for customers and partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology and service providers to enhance Fortinet’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Provide cybersecurity risk assessments and advisory services for mid-sized enterprises to enhance their security posture.

- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development, sales, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of XDR, EDR, NDR, and security automation technologies.
- Experience in security consulting sales or EDR sales is highly valued.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Presentation and communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with managed security services, cloud security, and AI-driven security automation is a plus.
