As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for FortiSIEM and FortiSOAR in Japan, with a long-term vision for SOCaaS.
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with enterprise customers, SOC teams, and MSSPs.
- Position Fortinet as a leader in SIEM, SOAR, and SOCaaS through presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with sales, SEs, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs), competitive analysis, and technical enablement for customers and partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology and service providers to enhance Fortinet’s SOC ecosystem.
- Develop SOCaaS use cases, pricing models, and service frameworks in collaboration with MSSPs and enterprise security teams.
- Provide SecOps assessments and advisory services for mid-sized enterprises to enhance their security operations maturity.

- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development, sales, or SOC operations.
- Deep understanding of SIEM, SOAR, SOCaaS, XDR, and security automation technologies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with CISOs, SOC teams, and MSSPs to drive security transformation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with managed security services, cloud security, and AI-driven security automation is a plus.
- Experience in conducting SecOps assessments and providing advisory services is highly desirable.
