Support executing activation plans for holistic campaigns in Switzerland across all communication channels (Brand Communication, PR, Social/Digital, WHS, Retail, event) and various promotional activities
Manage community initiatives, including event coordination and engagement with local running clubs
Assist media planning in close collaboration with the Brand Communication team
Develop and support local content creation, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
Coordinate product seedings for the Swiss market, ensuring proper alignment with marketing goals
Maintain daily communication with partners via email correspondence, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
Create internal presentations and reports, providing insights on campaign performance and marketing efforts
Handle various administrative tasks, including working with internal systems (SAP, Ariba), managing orders, quotes, and maintain a good communication towards internal and external stakeholders

Strong team player
Very good communication and presentation skills
Strong organisation, planning and project management skills and ability to own and drive projects autonomously
First experience with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media and communication trends
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
Proactive, hands-on and solutions orientated mindset
Advanced user skills in MS Office
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in (Sports) Marketing, Business administration, Communications or a related field
relevant work experience ideally in the sporting goods industry or in the sports marketing business
