Job Responsibilities:
- Transferring of Securities, internally or externally, mutual funds, and foreign assets.
- Closing of the clients account once all securities have been transferred & account is zero.
- Booking securities coming from other custodian in to the clients account.
- To make sure that the client does not have any credit exposure before transferring securities or cash.
- To make sure all approvals are obtained before transferring any Securities, Fund or Cash.
- Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet stringent deadlines is essential.
- Critical-to-Quality and benchmarks for the desk are monitored daily.
- Query emails from Front Office / Middle Office / Counterparties must be reverted on the same day.
- Get cross-trained and work on multiple processes and interact with different stakeholders to resolve process issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in Security Processing.
- 1+ years’ experience in Settlements.
- Excellent communication and good analytical skills with an attention to detail, quick grasping and retention.
- Coordination and teamwork.
- Time Management, Flexibility & Adaptability to changes. Willingness to work in ASIA & EMEA shifts.
- Exception handling & subject matter expertise, challenges status quo,.

- Detail Oriented – Function is critical from impact perspective. Need eye for detail and there is zero tolerance to oversight mistakes
- Strong Client Focus. Strong time management and ability to coordinate with various teams to action items.

- Strong team player and must have the capability to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams.
- Communication (Spoken – Assertiveness & Written) – Ability to communicate effectively and assist Client Service Specialists / Front Office Groups / Middle Office Groups with queries/investigations.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization & control oriented and Risk awareness is essential. Understand Operational Risks to reduce Risk Profile.
- Ability to influence others for providing the supports and work under pressure independently and desire to make an impact. Self -Starter, Confident and Proactive.
