Description
Coordinate cross regional process improvement requirements and partner with BI/BPR to track them to completion.Be able to multi-task and prioritize ongoing responsibilities with business-critical product launches and escalations.Be curious and be tenacious in finding opportunities to improve the planning process.Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery.Prior Experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, reporting or supply chain management is essential.Experience with supply chain management systems including forecasting, planning, solvers, and replenishment.High proficiency in Excel, Keynote and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (Tableau, Miro, Adhoc, SIF, JST, web-based tools)
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years Operations experience
- Prior experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is required.
- Superb organizational skills and a proven track record of managing projects in a transparent and well documented manner will be key to success.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work diplomatically with a variety of personalities and work cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience, preferably in a high tech, fashion or computer-related industry.
- Creatively navigate highly ambiguous requirements to deliver best-in-class systems and processes.
- Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.
- Proficiency working independently and proactively with stakeholders to drive progress and empower decision-making.
- Experience with supply chain management systems including forecasting, planning, solvers, and replenishment.
- Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,400 and $188,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
