Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with transactions (preparation of contracts, due diligence investigations, etc.).
- Advise clients on corporate structuring and support implementing them.
- Drafting commercial agreements.
- Performing legal research.
- Advising and representing clients in various institutions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law with fully professional qualification as a lawyer.
- Experience as a legal counsel at least 3 years.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English as we work with international clients.

- Have a practical experience working with data protection matters.
- Written publications on law topics.
