As HUB Innovation Coordinator at EY Portugal, you will:
• Lead the operationalization of the EY Innovation HUB.
• Map innovation initiatives, existing resources, and skills needed.
• Develop relationships with the EY Innovation Global Network, external partners, and EY Portugal Service Lines.
• Systematize collected information to align with Service Lines' needs.
• Serve as the guardian of the EY Portugal Innovation Roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end process of Service Lines and Sub Service Lines requests.
• Regularly report HUB findings and insights to the Innovation Practice Lead and Experience Manager.


Skills and Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of experience in innovation and 3+ years in management positions.
• Proven track record in innovation areas.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Technological seeker.
• Experience in collaborating and co-creating with clients, industry experts, startups, academia, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in tools such as Canvas, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate and facilitate discussions across multiple sectors and business practices.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.
