Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is suitable for a strong problem solver. You will be working closely with the senior management team and Head of Operations to support in delivering key projects for the business. The role could involve:
  • Collecting/extracting data from internal systems and formatting data in Excel / Power BI.
  • Performing repeatable tasks including auditing records, facilitation of action lists, and providing support for the Consulting team.
  • Adhoc tasks to support business events or others.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Provides internal business support through tracking and auditing business processes which will require good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook mail, and a general understanding of web-based systems.
  • Compiles and formats data from various business systems to provide dashboards and reports to the business or facilitates tracking of business processes, which will require good skills in Excel functions such as pivot tables, charts, and v-look ups.
  • IT project administrators may work closely with other corporate departments, such as HR and legal.
