Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the planning, execution, and finalization of regional and global PD activities according to strict deadlines, within budget, and by following organized and repeatable procedures. Ensuring global alignment with all PD groups.
- Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver on project activities according to plan.
- Acting as a liaison with stakeholders and effectively communicating expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identifying and managing dependencies and critical path items while ensuring quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies.
- Conducting postmortems and communicating lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful deliverables.
- Conducting recurring site stakeholder meetings to ensure site, regional, and global alignment
- Monitoring and trending program metrics and developing plans to address opportunities or watchouts

- Experience in managing capital equipment budgets, developing financial tools/systems & working with ERP systems
