Development and Facilitation
Facilitate learning experiences as needed and develop strategies to scale facilitation through internal subject matter experts and peer networks.
Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning by providing toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence
Partner with business leaders, HR, and enablement teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities.
Act as a thought leader in learning and development, influencing stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends.
Data-Driven Learning and Continuous Improvement
Use data, analytics, and learner feedback to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously iterate on design.
Experiment with new learning methodologies and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of traditional L&D.
Ensure learning solutions are agile, flexible, and responsive to business changes.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in learning experience design, instructional design, enablement, or a related field
Expertise in Learning Science: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavior change models, and instructional methodologies
Design and Development Skills: Proven ability to create engaging, scalable, and multi-modal learning experiences
Technology and Innovation: Experience with AI-driven learning, adaptive learning platforms, and automation
Facilitation and Enablement: Ability to facilitate learning experiences and empower others to deliver at scale
Collaboration and Influence: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive alignment across teams
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use insights and analytics to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Agility and Creativity: Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional L&D
