- Drive the technical vision and strategy for careers.walmart.com.
- Stay current with cutting-edge technologies and best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), enhancing candidate experience.
- Manage a team of highly skilled engineers & CRM support staff.
- Foster a collaborative work environment for all.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate technical discussions, monitor project progress, and raise the standards of quality across the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship, promoting continuous learning and professional development within the team.
What you'll bring:
- Knowledge of distributed systems and experience with GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, and backend services leveraging Java, Spring, NodeJS, and NoSQL.
- Experience designing low latency and highly scalable synchronous and asynchronous systems using Kafka, JMS, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience leading full stack software development, backend RESTful & GraphQL services, Android/iOS mobile, web front end using React, Ionic and React Native, orchestrations, and code reviews.
- Strong SRE/DevOps practices and CI/CD experience, championing a culture of engineering excellence.
- Previous experience with Candidate Relationship Management/Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, SAP Success Factors, BrassRing etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
