A strong command of orchestration technologies within a DevOps framework is crucial, including proficiency with tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Containers, Python, and scripting.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Data Center product strategy especially with container networking and Openstack, aligning it with the broader business goals and market demands.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in data center management.
• Roadmap management: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market opportunities.
• Feature Release management: Coordinate product releases, including defining release goals, feature sets, and release schedules.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product requirements, and build strong customer relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• 8+ years demonstrated ability in product management or equivalent.
• Experience working on data center technologies, networking, and/or cloud computing.
• Experience in the data center industry, particularly in managing data center products and solutions with in-depth knowledge of data center technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements
• Hands on experience with container networking, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and/or OpenShift

• MBA or Masters in Computer Science or relevant field
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development and familiarity with software development tools and processes.
• Knowledge in Networking Security is a plus
• Certification in Product Management
• Proficient communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
