We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedto join our team and take charge of our social content operations. As the, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive social content and amplification strategy, overseeing content management, and driving significant business impact through effective management of our social channel presence.


A Typical Day:

  • Plan and execute a cohesive and comprehensive social strategy aligned with overall business growth objectives.
  • Oversee social content creation and amplification work, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-brand messaging across all social content
  • Initiate and drive critical social initiatives to best leverage social channels and partnership to drive business growth
  • Manage and foster relationships with external social partners to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including growth operation, marketing, comms, product, customer service, to align and inform social strategy
  • Work closely with global social and marketing teams to ensure alignment with central principles, share insights, and advocate for high standard execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, local social media updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure our social strategy remains innovative and effective.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10 years of proven experience in social operations, content management, and organic growth strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of social channels, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of content creation, advertising, and engagement strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and insights to drive performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong team management experience with a demonstrated ability to build and optimize organizational structures for greater efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
