3. Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to meet specific business needs, using best practices and industry standards.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP for payroll processing.
6. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated with the latest SAP payroll features, updates, and best practices.
8. Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as an SAP payroll consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Singapore payroll.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP payroll processes, Singapore payroll regulations, and local tax laws.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Experience with SAP ERP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management modules in S/4HANA.
7. Certification in SAP Payroll is a plus.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
