Fire Sprinkler Service Techniciansperform service, repairs, and installation associated with fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment in accordance with all national and local standards.Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians
As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will:
- Install, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, and fire pumps
Provideinspection, testing, and service for wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire sprinkler systems; backflow preventers; water tanks; fire hydrants; foam-based systems; water mist systems; and fire pumps per NFPA 25 standards and Wisconsin state standards.
- Properly document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required process of reporting deficiencies while on-site
- Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed
- Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and equipment. Follow corporate policies related to vehicle use and care
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Senior level: 5+ years of experience in the installation and/or repair of water-based equipment; Lead level: 8+ years of experience in the installation and/or repair of water-based equipment.
- Must hold or obtain a NICET certification and Wisconsin Sprinkler License.
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read/understand design Experience with installation and repair of water-based equipment
- High school diploma, state-recognized GED, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- The pay range for this position is $56,000 - $111,360. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
