DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Subscriptions Growth Manager will define and manage the execution of Blink’s subscriptions strategy and growth plan. This includes many foundational elements of Blink’s evolving growth strategy, including subscriptions positioning, pricing, commercial and channel strategy. With a focus on North America, the role leverages customer, competitive, product and channel intelligence to define the business requirements for new subscription strategies. The role identifies opportunities to maximize the annual recurring revenue of Blink’s subscription. This role operates within Blink’s current business model, as well as defining forward looking roadmap opportunities. For example, one of the key responsibilities of this role is to drive priority across the matrixed Blink organization, to deliver the business-critical needs of Blink’s current and future customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and drive key initiatives that deliver the Blink subscription strategy.
- Identify long-term growth opportunities that acquire and retain Blink subscribers.
- Write business requirements documents, define use cases and customer experience, and own the business metrics and KPIs for your subscription products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience with recurring revenue strategy, e-commerce and/or software-as-a-service (SAAS)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, QuickSight, Tableau) is a strong plus.
